For this special event, participants will:

- learn about the astrological implications of this time and how to use this energy to their highest advantage for self-healing

- set authentically aligned intentions for self-healing

- be educated on the sacred plant medicine of cacao; the traditions behind its use, how it works physiologically with the body's systems, & what it offers participants spiritually/mentally/emotionally

- be guided through a short restorative yoga practice

- receive a sound bath using high quality Alchemy Sound Bowls
