This is a slow to moderate vinyasa flow class with focus on integration and synchronicity of the mind, body, and soul. Jaelyn begins the class with a mindful meditation filled with intention setting, centering, grounding, and devotion. The asana sequence is nourishing for the body, calming to the mind, and alleviating for the soul. Jaelyn brings in many influences and techniques to create a worldly and well-rounded practice.
