vibrate at a higher frequency,

channeled by yoga,

blessed by food,

expanded by meditation,

to sit in sacred ceremony,

self love.

the joy of overcoming new challenges with ease,

allowing the change into my heart,

conversations that stick in my mind forever,

sunrises and sunsets that bring tears to my eyes,

a newfound connection to Maha Gaia,

an introduction to Mata Ganga,

sisterhood and kinship,

ancient wisdom seeped in the walls and the mountains,

and a deep reconnection with myself.

to sit in the presence of ascended masters energetic blueprint and download the teachings into every cell of my being

and remember all that has brought me to this place at this time.

dissolve false illusions and alchemize the shadow.

for finally fully dropping in.

the kundalini rising - the peak experience,

balanced by the daily moments that are so very human.
